Wednesdays 7:00 - 8:00pm, Stadhampton Village Hall, £12
Expect a guided flow, with an invitation to move how your body wants, with a ability to dial up or down your practice. There will be breathwork, movement, stillness, and often a sprinkle of yoga philosophy for the modern world.

This course is designed to teach you the basics of a yoga practice, and build your confidence to join a general class. You will learn
-the common yoga postures
-breathing patterns commonly offered in classes
-learn to coordinate breath & movement
-work on options and adjustments for particular postures that are right for YOU.

Unwind: Restorative Yoga

UNWIND: restorative yoga for busy bodies & minds
Think very gentle floor based movement, expansive breath and held postures to release tension and soothe body and mind. A perfect tonic to revitalise you in time for your weekend.

Flow to Restore
Fridays, 12:30 - 1:30pm, at Every Body Studio, Oxford
This class starts with a gentle flow to release into the body, leading into held postures (5 - 7 mins each) to soften the mind and body.
