I aim to create nurturing, grounded spaces that blend ancient wisdom with modern life. Spaces where women feel able to soften, be seen and return to themselves.
Through sound healing, embodied movement, rest practices and circle work, I gently guide you back to your intuition and innate rhythm. My work honours every season of womanhood, from ambition and expansion to motherhood, transition, grief and reinvention, holding space for the full spectrum of experience.
By weaving community, ritual and deep nervous system care, I supports you to reclaim your energy, trust your inner voice and cultivate a life led with softness, strength and authenticity.

Sound Meditation
Sound practice has been a deeply transformational practice for me, and I am passionate about how this practice can support everyone
Sound is all around us and deeply impacts how we meet ourselves and the world.
Sound holds you exactly where you are, without expections, but a lense through which to meet yourself.
I hold monthly sound meditations in central Oxford, Botley, Eynsham and Stadhampton.
Sound Trainings
I run twice yearly sound trainings in Oxfordshire (and a little beyond).
This 100-hour training will provide an understanding of sound and it’s holistic application for your wellness business.
Explore sound through it’s history, origins, scientific and energetic foundations, and learn the practical application of sound for self-practice, stand alone 1:1 and group sound meditations.
Women’s Circles
There is something so magical about women coming together to be held, witnessed and supported in community. What starts as a little bit of time for you, grows into a circle of friends.
Circles weave meditation, sharing, chant & song and sometimes a little bit of creativeness.
I run monthly full moon circles in Oxford and Seasonal Wheel of the Year Circles in Eynsham.
Yoga & Movement
From the physcial yoga practice I discovered a connection to my self and a love for mantra and sound.
I offer slower, embodied forms on yoga and movement - a place to begin to feel empowered in your body, with the hopes that this ripples out into your whole life.
I host weekly yoga classes in Stadhampton, biweekly (shared with Hannah) in Cumnor and monthly Embodied movement spaces in Oxford.
Retreats
In collaboration with Hannah Hatha Yoga we run biannual day retreats and an annual weekend retreat.
These spaces focus on community and nuturing the self, rather a space for being an “expert” yoga practitioner.
Our spaces are inclusive, not exclusive. No experience required, simply an openness to give the practice a go.
